Our Story
AI Receptionist was born from a simple frustration: watching small businesses lose customers because they couldn't answer every call. Our founders saw dental practices, salons, and consultants struggle to balance serving existing customers while capturing new ones.
In 2022, we set out to build an AI receptionist that actually sounds human. Not the robotic IVR systems that frustrate callers, but natural, helpful conversations that leave customers impressed.
